BANNU: Unidentified miscreants Sunday evening stormed the house of the public relations officer of a senior police officer
in Bannu, killing him and
critically injuring his wife.
Police said that unidentified miscreants barged into the house of Faheem, PRO to the superintendent of police (investigation), in
Kitka Zabta Khan area of Bannu and gunned down the PRO. His wife was also
critically injured in the firing.
The body and injured were shifted to a ho
spital. Police said that the attack seemed to be outcome of a personal grudg
e.
However, a case has been registered against unidentified miscreants and investigation is underway.
